WEDDINGS

All events can check-in at 10:00AM of the event day and check-out at 11:00PM for each day they have the property. All Sunday events check-out at 12:00PM. For additional services, such as decoration rentals and recommended vendors, please visit our Services page.

All Event Packages Include:

Property (when available by appointment) for Engagement Pictures prior to the wedding.

Barn and specified grounds with choice of ceremony site.
Tables and chairs for up to 380 for reception including buffet and specialty tables.
Chairs for up to 380 at chosen ceremony site.
Use of full caterers’ prep kitchen and your choice of vendors
Onsite Staff for security and service.

Vendors must be approved by The Sycamore Tree management
If serving alcohol with a cash bar, a licensed bartender is required
